Shannon’s Healthy Pizza
If you can preheat an oven, you can make this pizza. We promise. Pick up a pre-made whole-wheat crust (such as Boboli) at the grocery store; spread it with refrigerated pesto (usually found on the condiment aisle) or low-sodium pizza sauce; sprinkle with veggies, lean cooked meats, and 2% reduced-fat cheese. Bake at about 400 degrees until cheese melts. Enjoy!
